Our Location​
Mandurah Community Gardens is located on Coodanup Drive (next to Coodanup College) in Mandurah, Western Australia. Look for the carpark.

Help needed for the Sunday Garden
Mandurah Community Gardens, in partnership with the Community Development team at the City of Mandurah are calling on volunteers to help assist us with developing and maintaining the new community garden near the Mandurah train station, at the end of Sunday Loop & Kaalak Lane.

The CD team and members from Mandurah Community garden will be meeting at Sunday Garden on Monday 15th December between 4:00 - 6:00pm.

Everyone is welcome to come down to the garden — have a look around and get involved in the discussions.

Wally Worm Needs Your Help! 
Our valuable worm farm is at risk! We need more volunteers to help feed our hard-working worms. They are a vital part of our garden's health.
Children's Activity Book Created For The Garden
A huge shout-out and thank you to the amazing Amy MacKenzie from the City of Mandurah! Your incredible support in creating and printing our children's activity booklet made it a huge success! We so appreciate your team's dedication to waste education and your collaborative spirit, especially with all the fantastic content created about gardening, reducing landfill waste, and Mandurah Community Gardens activities.

Lease a plot!
We offer garden beds for lease to current or new members (join the club!). Please contact us for availability.

Our plot sizes range from 1.71 square meters to 5.4 square meters. Some are at ground level, some raised. The cost is calculated by the size so prices range from $43.00 for the 1.71sqm, and up to $135.00 for the 5.4sqm.

Applicants need to call into the garden to look at the beds prior to paying for a plot.

We are open Tuesday afternoons 3-5pm and Saturday mornings 9.30am to 11.30am.

Volunteers Needed!
Mandurah Community Gardens needs volunteers to help with these roles:​​
  • Garden Coordinator
  • Events Coordinator
Training, support and guidance will be provided.
Mosquitos
Advise for garden visitors and the local community:
We have lots of mosquitos in the community garden, like everywhere in Mandurah at the moment.
We encourage all visitors to dress appropriately and use repellent as there is always a risk of catching a mosquito carried disease like Ross River Virus from a mosquito bite.

Waste & Recycling Guide
A great resource for the Mandurah community with handy information on bin collections, verge collections, recycling and useful ideas on how to manage your waste in a more sustainable way.

We are a collection point for the Containers For Change program. You can help Mandurah Community Gardens by dropping off your recyclable containers at the garden. Go to our Recycling page to learn more. 
POTTED  PLANT RESCUE  AND REHOMING
Any pre-loved potted plants needing a new home, can be rehomed. We can give unwanted and discarded potted  plants a second chance by rescuing them and then finding a new owner to look after them.

​All income from sales goes towards the running costs of Mandurah Community Gardens Inc. 
If you, a friend, or family member have potted plants that you would like to go to a good home, please contact us via our form.
Sorry, we can't take Yuccas or Agaves!
